Our nourishing 25% urea formula helps relieve severely dry skin. Urea is an important part of healthy young skin’s natural moisturizing system. Urea causes skin cells deep below the surface to attract, absorb and hold moisture better. Alpha Hydroxy acids in Dermal Therapy exfoliate old dry skin to reveal new young- looking skin, which is more elastic. Silk proteins improve skin tone and luster, providing a silky, smooth, non-greasy feel.

Water (aqua, eau), Urea, Lactic acid, Malic acid, Sodium hydroxide, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Propandiol, Silk amino acids, Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), Xanthan gum, Allantoin, Tocopheryl acetate.
Since urea draws moisture deep into the skin, we recommend applying our product to slightly damp skin. Apply to skin 1-2 times daily or as needed.

I bought the dermal therapy at Costco a few months ago My heals are always dry and have small cracks and nothing seemed to work Then I started using the dermal therapy cream and it softened the heals and the dry cracks disappeared. I absolutely love this product and will buy it again

I have used Dermal Therapy for years. It is a truly effective product. I usually buy the large tube, but will be traveling and needed the 90ml tube which is carry-on size. Ordering was easy and the package came quickly. Very pleased!
This cream is the real deal. I use the roll on and boy does it work fast. It has nearly healed my cracks in my feet from the inside out and made my feet much smoother and softer. And it did this all in just a week or two. My tip is to apply at night and wear cotton socks to bed for some deep moisture therapy. Apply a little more in the morning or after your shower. And the best part is you can skip physical exfoliation all together with this product if you want because it does all the work for you. It's truly worth every penny.
The best heel cream ever
Package came from an and wasn't clear that it was Dermal Therapy. It was a bit weird to open each of the containers and not see any protective coverings, and so it wasn't clear if this was actually Dermal Therapy. I would prefer in future that it has a tamper resistant seal. So far seems okay.

I love the cream. I've used it for 20 years. But I don't like the new type of cap -- the roll on top is not as useful as the tube that you just squeeze and it comes out. Not sure why you changed the packaging.

This is an excellent product, and much less expensive than foot creams sold in spas and salons. It applies well, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t rub off on the sheets during sleep. I use it at night, and wake up to soft, smooth heels and feet.

I have used this cream for many, many years. Luv, luv, luv it!! Was first introduced to it when my husband was first diagnosed with diabetes. It was in a "welcome" bag. I have used it more then he ever did. This is the best, only thing better is a pedicure.

I live in a dry climate and my feet usually crack and bleed. This is the ONLY lotion that will keep my feet from bleeding.
These are the best creams for very dry skin
I use Dermal Therapy on my husband's feet in order to counteract one of the side effects of his current treatment. While I find the cream quite helpful the new Tube is horrible. Once you use up the first 25% or so of the cream you have to fight to try and extract the remainder from the tube. The previous tube format worked much better...really wish you provided an option.
The best treatment for very dry feet
Cream absorbs and appears to treat my cracked and dry skin on my heels. However, I haven't had it for more tan one day. I will have to see if it works. I am surprised to find it in a giant tube of product. Looks like I won't have to buy another tube for a long time
Good product. Do NOT like the new top where the cream dispenses with a glide thing. Too bulky to put in purse. Took off one star. WHY DID YOU DO THIS!?

I've used this product for about 10 years. I would recommend it to anyone who experiences cracks in their heels. Works better than any other offerings.
Why have they changed the Heel Care. It used to be a thick paste. Now it is the consistency of hand lotion. I do not like it at all. Have switched to a better product. Don't know whose stupid idea this was.

I agree with Sharron's 12/02/2024 review. I have used this product myself for decades and and as a health professional used to recommend it for dry cracking heals and callouses. The old formula was amazing. The new formula in my 2025 tube, once again is a runny mess and doesn't work as well. Bring back the old formula please. The current product formulation is a runny lotion that squirts and leaks out, wasting the product, no matter how careful the user is. It is not a "cream" as stated on the tube. Also the before and after photographs on the tube look identical; they are extremely poor quality, making it look like the user will have both black and white mottled skin on feet and ankles.

Great cream for the foot. It also helps keep toe nails flexible (ie. keeps ingrown toe nails in check). I also use it as a hand cream for extra duty when gardening or house cleaning.
