I do loved the roll on heel care from dermal therapy. It makes my heels soft and what I did to achieve that smooth heel is I put some socks on after applying this to my rough heels. now I wake up with baby soft 🐾. Thank you Dermal Therapy.

I LOVE IT!!! It’s the first lotion that actually got rid of my keratosis pilaris without making my acne worse. I live in a dry climate but this lotion provides plenty of moisture. Not greasy at all. I always apply my lotion to damp skin after a shower, and that process works really well with this lotion. I use it on my face, my heels, and everything in between; gentle enough for the face, strong enough to get rid of rough heel skin. I even found a nifty metal stand (see photo) to hold the bottle upside down to help me get the last scraps out of the bottle! I like this style bottle so much better than pump bottles; much easier to not waste any. I can’t say enough good things, I can’t live without this lotion. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I originally purchased this cream 4 years ago, but since it was the middle of the summer my ichyotic skin wasn't flared and my eczema patches were opened in places so it stung when I first used it. I didn't touch the cream until April of this year and I am so glad I did! When my skin transitions from winter to summer it gets extremely dry and flakey, this cream helped keep my skin hydrated and I actually was complimented on how smooth my legs were, which I've never been told before. I have seveer dry skin called ictheoses the alpha hydroxy is the ingredient I need.it works really good.There is no cure for ictheoses dry skin.

I’ve used DT Alpha Hydroxy for several years now. I have a genetic condition called Ichyanthis Vulgaris which results in very dry skin that needs to be exfoliated regularly. This lotion works wonderfully. My mother also uses it to prevent her leg skin from cracking and getting infected. She has not had a leg skin infection since using this lotion every night. Highly recommend.

I do not like the change to a pump action. Also $22 for delivery from London, a 1 1/2hour drive is , in my mind, excessive. Based on these observations, I shall be reviewing my options.

Lotion is great. The pump top is awful. Bring back the old bottle cap and bottle with a larger neck at the top. I mentioned before in an email that I did not approve of the change of the bottle and now I do not approve of the change to a pump. I will be looking for a product with a bottle that will allow me to get all the lotion out of it without having to use a box cutter to cut the bottle to remove all of the lotion.
I found Alpha Hydroxy lotion years ago. I recommend it highly for those with icthyosis vulgaris.
