I do loved the roll on heel care from dermal therapy. It makes my heels soft and what I did to achieve that smooth heel is I put some socks on after applying this to my rough heels. now I wake up with baby soft 🐾. Thank you Dermal Therapy.

I LOVE IT!!! It’s the first lotion that actually got rid of my keratosis pilaris without making my acne worse. I live in a dry climate but this lotion provides plenty of moisture. Not greasy at all. I always apply my lotion to damp skin after a shower, and that process works really well with this lotion. I use it on my face, my heels, and everything in between; gentle enough for the face, strong enough to get rid of rough heel skin. I even found a nifty metal stand (see photo) to hold the bottle upside down to help me get the last scraps out of the bottle! I like this style bottle so much better than pump bottles; much easier to not waste any. I can’t say enough good things, I can’t live without this lotion. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I originally purchased this cream 4 years ago, but since it was the middle of the summer my ichyotic skin wasn't flared and my eczema patches were opened in places so it stung when I first used it. I didn't touch the cream until April of this year and I am so glad I did! When my skin transitions from winter to summer it gets extremely dry and flakey, this cream helped keep my skin hydrated and I actually was complimented on how smooth my legs were, which I've never been told before. I've struggled with skin issues for as long as I can remember - from acne to uneven texture and pesky dark spots. It felt like I had tried every product on the market, each promising a miracle but falling short. That was until I discovered Alpha Hydroxy, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for my skin.
I bought this as it was recommended to replace our Ulactin Therapeutic Body Lotion that was discontinued by the company who made it. I like Dermal Therapy Revitalizing Lotion even better because it does not contain any mineral oil or petrolatum (as Ulactin actually did) AND your Revitalizing Lotion has a greater percentage of Urea and Alpha Hydroxy (AHA) plus 1% silk. Therefore I think this product will be even more healing. It has the same light lotion texture. I've only been using it about a week and feel it is really helping my hands, which are prone to dryness and doing dishes by hand and home chores and gardening is hard on them. I have a thicker Super Moisturizing Cream with Urea and AHA which I still like a lot as is excellent for dry skin prone to fissures, but it's more pricey, and I don't want to have to use the thicker cream texture all of the time. I love that Revitalizing Lotion has a higher percentage of the urea for healing as well as a higher percentage of the AHA for sloughing off dead skin cells so my hands and feet feel soft and feminine, not so thick and tough. This is perfect for my needs. My husband will love it for healing the occasional rough patches he gets on his skin. I ordered because I heard it doesn't smell as bad as emlactin, it doesn't smell LIKE emlactin, but it smells.. So I'm not sure if it's better, especially since I had to import it into Europe..

I have seveer dry skin called ictheoses the alpha hydroxy is the ingredient I need.it works really good.There is no cure for ictheoses dry skin.

I’ve used DT Alpha Hydroxy for several years now. I have a genetic condition called Ichyanthis Vulgaris which results in very dry skin that needs to be exfoliated regularly. This lotion works wonderfully. My mother also uses it to prevent her leg skin from cracking and getting infected. She has not had a leg skin infection since using this lotion every night. Highly recommend.
