Very effective on elbow
My wife says that this is the only hand cream which really works on her dry skin.
My hands get very dry, especially in the winter. Dermal Therapy has been the best solution to that problem, and is the best of all the other product I have tried. It's not greasy and provides relief very quickly.

This is an awesome hand cream. (All of their creams that we have tried are great!) A dermatologist recommended that we use a cream containing urea for my son’s very dry skin. (It used to crack and bleed in the winter.) We tried a number of creams and this cream works wonders as well as a lot of the Dermal creams. His hands are so much better. Our family highly recommends it!
The cream is great on my hands, but I am still working on the tips of my index finger and thumb on my right hand. The skin on my hands is wonderfully smooth and soft and the cracked fingertops are healing, but that is a slower process.
My hands get very dry in the winter and this is the most effective cream I've ever found.

Started using this after using the Alpha Hydroxy lotion for a while. I have extremely dry hands and suffer from occasional outbreaks of eczema. This lotion works great. I use it every day and it has helped tremendously with the dryness. I didn't have a single crack on my fingers this past winter and no eczema.
